Custom applications · Lower SaaS costs

Fewer subscriptions. More room for profit.

Does your company pay every month for tools it only partly uses? I build custom applications to replace the subscriptions worth removing and fit the software to the way you work.

Let’s assess your savings

Turn subscription spending into an investment in your business.

Per-user fees, extra modules and overlapping tools can add up. As a web developer, I work with you to identify the functions your company needs and build an application that brings the essentials together. The aim: reduce recurring costs, simplify tasks and improve your margin.

  • Software tailored to your processes and the functions you actually use.
  • Fewer scattered tools and less copying of data between platforms.
  • More control over your data, user access and the future of your application.

What can we build?

Web applications your team can access through a browser, designed around their everyday work.

  • CRM for customers, opportunities and sales follow-up.
  • Quotes, orders, projects and task management.
  • Bookings, appointments and resource planning.
  • Customer portals, intranets and document management.
  • Dashboards and reports using your business data.

First, we work through the numbers.

Before development, we compare the cost of keeping your tools with the investment in a new application and its running costs. We review fees, users, requirements, export options and dependencies to estimate net savings and the payback period.

  • An inventory of your tools, costs and the features you use.
  • A proposal setting out scope, budget and expected recurring costs.
  • Estimated savings after hosting, maintenance, backups and external services.
  • If keeping a platform makes better business sense, you will know before investing.

From analysis to an application your team can use.

We define a useful first version, test it with the people who will use it and prepare a phased transition. Each delivery is checked against the agreed requirements.

  • Development of priority features and necessary integrations.
  • Migration of the data your providers allow you to export, with validation.
  • User access, security measures and backups within the agreed scope.
  • Launch, documentation and guidance for your team.
  • Source code delivery, ownership, hosting and maintenance terms defined in the contract.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

Will I be able to cancel all my SaaS platforms?

It depends on the features you need and the cost of replacing them. We prioritise tools where custom development adds value. Some subscriptions will remain useful, and we can integrate them with your application.

How will I know whether it pays off?

We compare current spending with the development budget and expected running costs. You can then assess net savings and the potential payback period. Estimates depend on usage and scope; we do not promise a fixed percentage saving.

Will the application have monthly costs?

There may be hosting, domain, maintenance, backup or external service costs. The proposal details these so you can compare them with your current fees. We also agree on the support you need.

How do we switch without disrupting work?

We plan data export and migration, run tests and agree on a phased transition. Subscriptions are cancelled once the new solution has been validated and your providers’ notice periods and terms have been reviewed.

Who will hold the code and data?

The proposal and contract specify source code delivery, ownership of the development, third-party licences and data export. We also agree where the application will be hosted and who will maintain it.
